1.25G CWDM optical module adopts uncooled DFB scheme, which has the advantages of mature technology and low cost;
2. The 25G MWDM optical module is suitable for the Open-WDM:MWDM 5G forward transmission scheme proposed by China Mobile. On the basis of reusing the first 6 waves of 25G CWDM, TEC is added to realize 12 wavelengths, the product supports industrial temperature requirements, and combines its own patents to support OAM top adjustment technology, which can realize remote monitoring, control, software upgrade and other functions of the module, which is convenient for system management and maintenance;
3.25G LWDM optical module is suitable for LWDM proposed by China Telecom. Its origination wavelength is 800ghz channel interval, works near zero scatter point, and supports 12ch * 25Gb/s and OAM top tuning technology;
4.25G DWDM optical module is suitable for 5G network forward transmission. The module channel supports 21 ~ 60ch, the maximum power consumption of the module is 2.0w, the transmission distance is 10km, and the working temperature supports commercial and industrial grades.
